The following are the terms and conditions for use for the website My Flying Fingers (MFF)) with the domain name myflyingfingers.com (“the website”).
The website is owned, hosted and maintained by MFF.
By accessing and using the website, you (“the user”), agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions as are set out in this notice. The user is therefore urged to familiarize themselves with these terms and conditions prior to the usage of the website. 3. UPDATING OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1 MFF reserves the right to, from time to time and at its own discretion, change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to the website. It is thus the user’s obligation to at all times, check the terms and conditions on the website for changes or updates.
3.1a The user’s continued use of the website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the user’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions, including such changes or updates.
